Central Business District Tolling Program (CBDTP) begins January 5
Now, E-ZPass customers entering the Central Business District (CBD), popularly referred to as the Congestion Relief Zone (CRZ), are charged a CRZ toll. The CRZ includes local streets and avenues in Manhattan at or below 60th St, and excludes trips entirely done on the FDR Drive, West Side Highway/Route 9A, and the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel connections to West Street. Tolls charged in the CRZ are based on the type of vehicle used, time of day, payment method, and any applicable crossing credits. To learn more, visit congestionreliefzone.mta.info.
Please note that crossing credits, discounts, and exemptions for which you may be eligible will not be received if your vehicle license plate is not listed on your E-ZPass account. To learn more, visit mta.info/discounts.
